Antonio L. Ford is the Chief Operating Officer of the Anthony Graves Foundation.
Mr. Antonio L. Ford has been a public servant over 25 years and has served in many capacities. He has established a solid reputation based on his decisive leadership, strategic planning, and ability to improve efficiency. Antonio is a change agent that is committed to business practices that meet or exceed industry standards. During his career he has created and advanced law enforcement agencies, served as a change agent, implementing processes, procedures and installing new technology within a transportation department. He has also played a vital role in the development of several business ventures for aspiring entrepreneurs. As the Chief Operating Officer for the Anthony Graves Foundation, he serves a key role in the formation and implementation of the organization’s knowledge management, communications, strategic fundraising, and other revenue-building plans. Antonio is responsible for program implementation, providing strategic leadership, expertise and support for the annual business development planning.
C.J. Connelly is the Case Manager of the Humane Investigation Project for the Anthony Graves Foundation.
Mr. Connelly has worked in education for nearly 20 years as a teacher of at-risk students with learning disabilities and emotional issues, as well as a reading specialist, curriculum developer, and trainer. Before that, he worked as a child support enforcement investigator. He has also volunteered his time investigating innocence claims for the Texas Innocence Network at the University of Houston Law School, as well as researching issues related to the death penalty for the Texas Defenders Service. Currently, he oversees the intake process of alleged innocence cases and conducts investigations for the foundation. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice with a minor in sociology, and has received specialized training in criminal defense investigation.
Paula Woodard is the Office Manager for the Anthony Graves Foundation.
Ms. Woodard graduated with honors with an Associate’s of Applied Science Degree in Criminal Justice. Her responsibilities encompass many aspects of our business, including accounts payables, account receivables, billing and customer service. Her incredible organization skills keep our team running smoothly. She has worked extensively throughout her professional career for over 20 years as a paralegal for corporate and family law settings and both the private and public sector. Her experience and work spans from legal, private investigation, technical writing and financial, as well as regulatory sectors.
